Covid-19 : all you need to know

As part of the lockdown release, in force since May 11, Toulouse INP has prepared a Business Recovery Planning (BRP).

This BRP has been updated and new information are to be taken into account from July 15, 2020.

It was developed in consultation with the main stakeholders of our establishment and presented in CHSCT. It takes into consideration, as much as possible, the guidelines set out by the onsite organisation and the Toulouse INP institution and laboratories.

Given the information still pending on the conditions of the releasing lockdown, as well as the many unknowns concerning the evolution of the pandemic, this document will be the subject to successive versions which will provide clarifications, modifications ...

It will also integrate the questions raised by managers and staff in the organisation of the lockdown release. The recovery activity is subject to strict compliance with the guidelines and rules set out. It was agreed that it was up to the hosting establishment to guarantee the good conditions to go back to work in the laboratories.

It has been implemented at each Toulouse INP site: ENSAT, ENSIACET, ENSEEIHT, Central Services, IPST and IMFT.

It is available to staff on Planète, Toulouse INP's digital workspace.

There is currently no vaccine to prevent coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to this virus. However, as a reminder, CDC always recommends everyday preventive actions to help prevent the spread of respiratory diseases, including:

  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
  • Stay home when you are sick.
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe.
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
