Entirely dedicated to educational change, the DyP (the Dynamique Pédagogique) provides services to improve the education of teaching teams by developing active pedagogies and digital uses.
“From classical educational models called "transmissive" to more active, differentiated and diversified educational methods, this change involves fostering learner-centred approaches with a stronger focus on deep learning, innovation and use of digital technology.
A team to support Education
The DyP is a pluridisciplinary team composed of 14 professionals who are dedicated to supporting educational change. The team is made up of:
- 1 training and academic commission vice-president,
- 1 active learning task officer,
- 1 educational digital tools task officer,
- 1 learning engineer,
- 4 educational advisers,
- 6 active learning correspondents
The DyP mission is to:
- Assist teachers and doctoral students to ensure a better quality of education,
- Transform educational practices during specific workshops,
- Support educational projects challenged by teachers,
- Enhance educational implications,
- Offer expertise to audit or improve teaching quality,
- Propose resources and digital tools.
