HR Excellence In Research AwardHuman Resources Strategy For Researchers

Toulouse INP received this Award in june 2019, thus underlining the ambition and the current quality of its human resources policy towards teacher-researchers, research engineers, doctoral students and temporary teaching and research associates (ATER).
This Award allows Toulouse INP to highlight the place that Toulouse INP holds in the european research area and its commitment to continually improve its visibility within the international scientific community.
As part of the renewal process, a survey was conducted among researchers in October/November 2024, leading to the formalization of a new action plan for Toulouse INP for the period 2025-2028 (approved by the Board of Directors on December 10, 2024). The audit conducted by experts appointed by the European Commission is likely to take place at the end of 2025.
